Hi there, I’m a mum, a wife and a woman with a big heart who loves hugs, huge laughs and deep conversations. I’m all about women supporting, celebrating and empowering each other, regardless of what stage of life they’re in. Connection in all aspects of life is everything to me. I believe that balance is key, so while I’m super passionate about all things yoga, personal growth, health and wellbeing, I also love coffee, chocolate, and the occasional cocktail (please don’t judge me)
